Jodi brings deep experience helping local, state, and national nonprofit organizations start up, gear up, and clean up their operations, HR, and fundraising. After seeing too many organizations struggle with inefficient infrastructure and recurring roadblocks, she founded Big Change Consulting to deliver smart, lasting solutions that work in the real world.
